USA Granite

USA Granite in Cookeville was great from our first visit through installation. We thought we would get our counter tops at the big box store but after stopping in and talking to Ben we decided this was the best option for us. We were able to look at all the granite options and actually pick out our slabs. They were very helpful and communicated exceptionally along the way. They even came out on a Saturday to template everything' (Carlos was a true professional and extremely polite, talked us through everything to expect) and called us on Monday to come take a look at it tapes to the actual granite to make sure we were satisfied with what we would get. Then just a few days later they arrived earlier than thought and installed our counters very quickly and professionally!! Would highly recom

Ben Bucher was great to deal with. As soon as I decided on the granite I wanted he gave me a complete price. No extras added in later. Very easy to deal with. He introduced me to Carlos and said he would come do the templet the next day. Carlos showed up on time and explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. Within a few days my new counter tops were installed. A very pleasant experience with both of them!!! That seems to be very rare these days so it's a pleasure when someone actually does everything they promised!! I highly recommend USA granite and Ben and Carlos Thanks, Bob
