The crew was very professional and did an awesome job installing our new very large irrigation system! They did an excellent job not destroying our plants and very minimally invasive techniques trenching the new lines throughout the 2 acre property. Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable answering our questions and getting the crew started the day of install! Danny is phenomenal and hid our lines and valves into a box in the ground so nothing is exposed at all! Contrary to other reviews, I've had no issues with Hoich getting back to me, or providing quick updates. I needed repairs due to damage from a fence company thinking they hit a line with their auger. They dug up the area, ran the system for leaks, and found no sign of damage, and no leaks. No charge was made for the call, and they even took care of my winterization while they were there despite having the appointment setup for the following week because it was suppose to be near freezing the next few days. He even pointed out a couple things to keep an eye on that may need replacing in the future due to age of the system or because of how the fence is being routed, but never pressured to get it done immediately. Hoich Irrigation installed a system for me several years ago. The system works absolutely perfect. I have had zero problems. However, for the last three years, I have had Hoich Irrigation service my daughters system installed by another irrigation company at start-up due to problems. This year (2013) was no different. On start-up, her system malfunctioned. As I have done in the past, I called the cell phone of the technical service provider I have used in the past. He did not answer; therefore, I left a voice mail. There was no return call over the next three days. I checked with the office and was told "he was on vacation, and, he would be back the following Monday."
