USA Insulation of Connecticut

I live in a condominium and could hear my neighbors like they were in my house. USA came to my house and gave me a very fair quote. They are very honest too. I asked if my attic needed foam spray too, and they said it was fine. They could have went for it. They are a very honest company. The guys came out and did a wonderful job, they even wiped out my kitchen cabinets when done, and vacuumed upstairs as they worked. They are very professional, and a very great group. They even called me in the morning and let me exactly when they would arrive. No sitting around waiting and wondering when they would show like a lot of companies. Spoke with Karissa who offered to explain what the process was for attic insulation. , while obtaining rebates. Everything went very smooth, she is very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all questions. Within 5 days my application was accepted, the installation was completed, and paperwork sent to the appropriate companies. Joey and Steve, who installed the insulation were very professional, explained their process and covered all floor areas needed to finish the job. They kept me informed during the process and showed me photos of the final results. They cleaned up after themselves and took great care not to cause any mishaps while blowing the insulation in the attic.

This company delivered! They removed old insulation from atic - I had two layers - one old about 2 inch thick old fiber glass and the new pink fiberglass I put in. They replaced it with blow in insulation - 17 inches thick insulation. Huge difference. They also put in spray foam insulation into the walls from outside. Incredible difference. House is warmer, quieter. Guys were professional. Cleaned up all around. Siding was reinstalled and no one would even know they were there.

Kenny was professional and explained all the benefits and what my house needed to be more energy efficient. Joey and Chris did a great job with the insulation project were friendly and professional. During the consultation, Rocky the project specialist, was knowledgeable and reviewed every detail of the installation, including the benefit of doing the insulation. He provided proof of insurance, reviews, photographs, etcétera. He conducted an evaluation of all áreas and provided three options to complete the process. The installation team (2) took pride in their work, and explained each step.The installation was completed within the same week. Highly recommend it. (Before and after photos attached)
