USA Showers installed a new walk-in shower for us and the entire experience was excellent. Brian, the salesman, was awesome. He did a great job presenting everything and explaining all the details from start to finish. He made sure the design was exactly what we wanted and helped us set everything up perfectly. Our installers, Tyler S. and Kris M., did an outstanding job. The quality and craftsmanship that went into the shower was excellent. They used great materials and installed everything exactly the way we wanted it, thanks to the planning Brian helped us with. Another thing we really like about this company is that we were number 141 on their list of 200 customers. After they reach 200 installations, they donate a free shower to a veteran, which is an awesome thing to do. Overall,

Would highly recommend USA Showers. We had remodeled our bathroom over 15 years ago with a jetted tub and tile. Over time the jetted tub was more maintenance to keep clean and the tile was home to grout mold and falling apart. The shower USA showers installed is seamless and clean, a very welcoming aesthetic. The install took just one day. They asked questions before installing certain elements just to confirm where we wanted them and at what heights. I did change my mind on a couple things and they didn't make me feel like I was causing any issue by doing so. They explained everything very well and cleaned up before leaving. This entire team was super. Tyler and Kris did an awesome job and remove the old bathtub and installed the new shower and everything that came with it in one day. Brian, the person that came to the house to give us all the details before we purchased explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions and described exactly what was going to happen should we decide to purchase. Once we purchased Joanna and Tammy stayed in contact with us until and including the day of the installation. We couldn't be happier.
