Our next family adventure take us to USA Title & Marble located at Doral, this is our second time in the store and we received the same costumer service, Alejandro show us the option we have to select the design for our bathroom. We come here in 2021 referred by a friend and that was a amazing decision, we know around this place you many option to choose but they have good prices and quality is like others place around.

What a great experience at USA tile Doral. From the moment we entered we were greeted warmly. The salesperson that assisted us was Mayelin Gonzalez, she was wonderful. She gave us ideas for our pool and patio renewal. She was very informative about what tile to use for our outdoor area. We picked our tile, delivery was right on time, as we had agreed with her. One of the worst customer experience I had in awhile. They short delivered tiles and delivered broken tile. I had to pay $250 for delivery, when trying to get credit for the broken tile, they required me to bring the large broken tiles back even though I showed videos and photos after delivery that these were broken. The tile weighted over 75 lbs and I don’t have the vehicle or someone that can help me to load the broken tiles back. The salesman showed zero care when I mentioned this. This company doesn’t care about their customers and unless you have a lot of time on your hand to return tiles, stay away.
