USA Tree Service, INC

On May 24th 2025 representative David came to my home gave an estimate of some debris removal. I agreed to the complete price. Almost 2 weeks later I received a call 1st saying oh we didn't forget you but we have an opening date asking if I would be good for the date of June 10th. I responded via voicemail with the ok to that date. I took off work just to ensure someone was here. On the appointment date At 8:30am I called the Greenville location where the agreement for the service and spoke with Lucie who was polite. She then put David the representative on the phone who insisted that he has been trying to reach out. Hmm I told him neither of my phone numbers changed. I asked were the workers coming to do the job today per David yes ETA between 9:30am - 1:30pm. It is now 3:15pm no one sho

This is not a tree service, it's an excuse service. I have been trying to get these people to come do some work on our property and they just will not show up. Three time they didn't even call to say anything. Finally on the forth no show, they send a text 4 hours after they were supposed to be here. I'll find someone more professional and let this riff-raff go out of business.
