New Year’s Eve day driving on a 1 lane off ramp. I pulled toward the left of the one lane off-ramp to allow drivers to get by so they can take the right on red. Your USIC Driver vehicle number L23457 Texas plate number K20-9737 was behind me toward the middle of the lane blocking everyone behind him from getting to the right. As we approached the end of the off ramp I move slowly to the middle of the unmarked lane so I would eventually be in the marked middle lane to go straight. Your driver for some reason felt the need to pull with in an inch of my car with his USIC truck and lay on the horn for 5-6 seconds. In stop and go traffic he continued to pull up with in an inch of my bumper. This driver is a physical and mental liability to your/our company. He is a bad representative of

We're doing some digging on our property, so we called for a locate. In my course of business, I deal with multiple vendors and on the personal side also have needed service from different entities from time to time. Long story short is, the people at USIC are great to do business with. The guys I dealt with were very professional and knowledgable, from the supervisor (Alex), and also the tech (Travis) that came out to do the locate. We had some concerns and a couple of questions, and both of the guys made sure all was taken care of. It's great to see there are still people out there that are not just knowledgable, but care about providing great customer service. Thanks for everything.

Employee crashed company vehicle into my driveway gate completely destroying it last Friday. I’ve called and emailed. No response. Horrible company. Lack of accountability and communication. Your diver parked his company vehicle in private driveway for 2 hours as he talked on the phone with his friends (I have audio and video recording cameras) then hits my property, gets out to look at it, continues to drive away. Will be seeking legal action.

I guess my landlord hired these dudes to fix the actual insane, unsafe conditions of our apartment. About three months ago Usic came, removed all the siding + outer insulation on our building and … Just let it in my bushes!!! To this day!!! it’s been over three months !!! Not to mention last time they came to inspect my property I actually just heard them laughing about the fact that the beams of my property are actually rotting. Assuming because i’m in a low income community they don’t take it seriously but this is my home. At least clean up after yourself. and don’t make fun of people’s situations.

A USIC truck drive through my front yard while making a u-turn on a rainy Saturday morning. He couldn't even stay on the driveway and left tire tracks for 60 feet across my newly laid sod, also passing over 3 sprinkler heads. I'm spending $85 for "Private Drive" signs. I complained and asked for $250 to cover the signs and my work to repair the grass. They want to negotiate it down to $200. Using someone's circular drive without permission is trespassing. Driving on the grass is disrespectful at best. They don't seem to be accountable to anyone. This isn't about monetary damages, it is about offering some consideration for showing a gross lack of respect to private property.
