USIC Locating Services

Around 5/12/2020 they came into my neighborhood to locate for comcast. They had bad attitudes when asked why they were on my property. I had no clue what was happening because COMCAST nor USIC ever provided any warning for work being done. COJ's website had nothing under up coming projects and COJ reps couldn't tell me why they were here either. NO WARNING!!! They literally were spray painting my grass 8' off my front porch (my property. Not city easement). Then 3 days after pressure washing all the concrete for my corner lot. USIC sprays red and orange spray paint on my sidewalks!!! They're not even supposed to mark on the sidewalk! Now whose responsible for getting it off?... because it's pretty bad for curb appeal.

I had a notification on my ring camera only to find someone trespassing in my yard. Have you thought of getting permission before going into my back yard. Next time I’ll call the police.

Questioned a worker out front of my property as to what he was doing and the guy became irrate and took it personally. Sorry, pal, but I have a right to know what you're doing at my gate. Turns out he was meant to be ON my property marking lines and wasn't even in the right place. When I came to clear up the misunderstanding, he accused me of having been aggressive, that I "had my chance." I called the supervisor, and he also had the same story... Until I mentioned my security footage which disproves the allegations made against me. He then said we weren't there to figure out who was right and wrong (funny because they were fine being right about ME based on LIES until camera footage said otherwise). I didn't appreciate USIC entering my property without even the courtesy of knocking on my front door. They traipsed all over the freshly laid sod. I didn't mind the flags, but then they spray painted it across my front yard and down the side to which they had to open the gate to gain entry into the backyard. If for nothing else, think of the safety issue to your employees, I could have had a large dog back there. Please do not access my property again without permission.

We have a huge circle driveway and the USIC employee decided it was best to park in our newly laid grass. Use your freaking brains. Just plain rude and ignorant!!
