The guy walks to my front door, with mud all over his boots. Tells me he’ll be back in the morning to mark the lines as he doesn’t have enough time today. Tracks mud on carpet by front door and all over the new concrete. I asked him if the company provided bootie’s to slip over his boots. He said no. I showed where he tracked and he said sorry. I proceeded to give him a piece of my mind, not in a very nice way. He turns around and walks, tracking red mud, on my new driveway now. We exchanged unpleasantry. Don’t send this inconsiderate person back out! Provide your employees with boot covers for rainy days! Not very good customer service! Actually terrible! I will run him off if he comes back. Forest Gump is smarter than this guy….

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The blatant disregard for the people living in the neighborhoods where your company is working is absolutely astounding. A few weeks ago, we had an encounter with an employee who was in our backyard unannounced while we have posted "Beware of Dog" signs. The dogs get out and the employee calls 911 on us. We are then given a green "No Access" flag for our front yard after the cops wondered why they were called in the first place. Two days later, I see a USIC employee in our backyard again after the "No Access" flag was placed. This morning, a USIC truck is parked at the end of my driveway and the driver is in the driver's seat and on his phone. I'm trying to leave for work and I'm blocked in. My car is loud enough to announce my presence and my displeasure

Individual encounters with workers have been mixed. Some are very smart and courteous, but others are sloppy and flippant. They show up completely randomly to map utilities in the easement behind my house (I believe they’ve been here a dozen times in three years—like, why?), and they seem to have no prior records of where things were last time. Half of the time they’ll just leave a big obnoxious hangtag on my front door without knocking or ringing the doorbell when I’m home, and they leave without trying to gain access (my gates are locked, because Tulsa). They also do some truly obnoxious spray painting on the grass. This was what they did to my front yard last week after not knocking or ringing the doorbell.

Hanging out at Casey’s on Council and Hefner eating his lunch at a fuel pump. Plenty of open parking spaces at the store front, but this guy thought it was a good idea to tie up a fuel pump to eat his pizza. After I said something to him, he got out of his truck with a confused look and asked how come I didn’t use another pump. Because they were full!! When I asked him if he was fueling his truck or eating his lunch, he said he was eating and didn’t need gas. Then he got back in his truck and finished his lunch. Zero common sense or situational awareness with this guy.

If USIC does the locating you need to get an additional company to do the job. They did not mark any cox or at&t cables and when questioned I was told the area was clear for digging. Guess what, the cox line was cut because it was not located. Now I have to have a 75 foot trench dug in backyard for new cox cable. Terrible service!!
