Apparently your Kansas City location won't allow posting to their specific location. I just serviced a dealership and your employee has been sitting in their truck smoking weed for hours stinking up the parking lot just watching people. Disgusting. Horrible work ethic.

Employee Seth, knocked loudly on my door, ignoring a very clear Do Not Knock sign & then had the audacity to get pissy w/me about the look on my face when I went outside. Then he proceeded to say he was calling the cops (🤷‍♀️) and that I threatened him w/my dogs (???) while talking over me the entire time. My kids were so nervous by his behavior they locked both the back & front doors. I hate for anyone to lose a job but if that is how he is reacting to the public that he works for then he deserves it.

This man set up shop in my front yard and telling me I cannot use my own yard while he just sits on a bucket not working or doing anything at all

They allow their employees to dress like slobs. Tennis shoes and swimming trunks with a reflective shirt is standard work cloths there
