Definitely Five Stars - Same Day Service! Our Sub-Zero refrigerator went out and US Pro Repair was a godsend. What a blessing - they answered the call immediately and were out quickly. Mike is a highly skilled and conscientious technician. Unlike other services, what I appreciated is that he showed up with everything we needed - tools and parts (including a spare compressor). Mike came up with a cost effective repair, and the unit is working fine now. The price was very reasonable and fair. Mike went as far as suggesting a Bluetooth thermometer that we can use and offered to review the log to make sure it’s all working well. The extra mile. I really appreciate honest, talented, and conscientious service people. I will definitely reach out to US Pro Repair in the future.

Mike is so professional…he made so many accommodations in order to resolve an unexpected freezer issue I had on a Sunday morning to boot! He was thorough, efficient and knowledgeable! I will definitely be calling him back to service my other appliances!
