Ken and Spencer team did an amazing job cleaning my carpets! From the start, communication was prompt, professional, and easy. They arrived right on time, explained the process, and got straight to work. I was really impressed with how thorough they were and how much care they took with everything. Also, the price was fair for the excellent quality of work they delivered. It’s clear they take pride in what they do! I would definitively use again and recommend for anyone in the future!

I’ve known Ken and his carpet cleaning business for over a year now, and he truly does outstanding work. He came to my home today to clean our carpets — and wow, what a difference! If you’ve ever had teenagers, you know how quickly they can thrash a carpet. 😅 The carpets in their rooms are older and definitely due for replacement, but until then, the next best thing is having Ken clean them. He made them look so much better! From start to finish, Ken was fantastic to work with. He promptly replied to my text, got me scheduled quickly, communicated clearly, and showed up right on time. Ken and Spencer came and cleaned my carpets, they were both very professional and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job! The attention to detail is what set them apart from other companies I’ve used. They even took the time to trim bits of carpet back that my cat had scratched making it look bad, looks and smells a million times better! Thank you for the hard work and a job well done!

Ken, the owner did a fantastic job! He took his time and was very thorough. He spent extra time on high traffic areas. His pricing is very fair and better than most other companies. I will use Utah Carpet Systems every time I clean my carpets!
