I can’t say enough good things about Utah Climate Pro’s! Our home was built in 1986 and only had a swamp cooler — no central AC. We decided it was time to upgrade, and Chaz (the owner) made the whole process simple and stress-free. He came out the very next day, walked me through the best options, and helped us choose a highly efficient, top-of-the-line Rheem heating and cooling system. Two days later, his team was here installing two new furnaces and adding AC units to both. They were professional, respectful, and clearly highly trained — not your typical subcontractors. They protected our new floors, worked clean, and treated our home with care. The entire installation only took two days, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Gabe and Evan were both so awesome to work with. Gabe came out and diagnosed our furnace and found the gas leak very fast. They found our part we needed to replaced and with in 24 hours had us fixed and furnace running again. They were upfront and honest about what needed to be done and cost. I contacted Utah Climate Pro yesterday and was pleasantly surprised when they offered me a same-day appointment between 2–4 PM. They even texted me the technician’s name (Garrek Brown) and the expected arrival time, which made me feel confident about the service. Unfortunately, everything fell apart after that. The technician never showed up, and I didn’t receive any update, delay notice, or courtesy call. When I tried calling their number, an AI phone system answered, promised to leave a message, and said someone would get back to me. Nobody ever did. I have no idea what happened to the appointment or whether the assigned technician was even real, but the complete lack of communication was extremely frustrating. I ended up wasting my entire afternoon waiting for a service that never hap
