Seriously, one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor in my life. They were on-time, fairly priced, very informative on my options, and they went above and beyond on doing extras to make our job so much better and without charging any extra to just DO IT RIGHT. They scrubbed and scraped and blew out dirty areas to make sure we got good contact, and they did a great job striping as well. Perfect! These guys did a great job with our yard, very reasonably priced, David made it VERY easy to work with, they worked around OUR schedule without any hesitation. We have Utah Sealcoat working on our other property in our North Logan yard this next week as well. I will be using them again in the future.

I hired them to sealcoat our business parking lot and they did a fantastic job. Communication, quality of work and everything was exactly as you'd hope and expect. Plan to use them again next time I need to reseal our parking lot.
