Chad does an amazing job for a fair price! He does our work on all of our residential new construction homes. He has worked on my HVAC system at my house. I had him install a scented vent diffuser in my house(connected to my HVAC system) and it has been amazing! I always recommend him!

Chad installed a new A/C and furnace in my house and did an amazing job. New system works great and saved me thousands compared to other bids I got. Definitely recommend him and his crew to anyone needing a quality job at a fair and honest price.

I wrote a much longer review on Facebook, but you'd be crazy to not use Chad and his team. Where one company used scare tactics to tell us we needed to spend thousands of dollars for an AC system since ours couldn't be repaired, Chad fixed our system up saving us literally thousands of dollars. He also got it all done in under 24 hours, even showing up at 7pm to help us get fixed up ASAP You can safely expect integrity, honesty, and getting to deal with a really nice guy by choosing Chad for your HVAC needs. Chad is excellent to work with! We utilize UBHC for new construction heating and air. He will meet with the customers, make sure they get exactly what they would like. He’s always available for options. Our homes are custom for the homeowners, so oft times, they would like a humidifier, an air purifier, a certain furnace or ac, etc. UBHC never fails. I have several custom systems in the subdivision. And I come from a heating and air background so I really like to see that stuff in there. Comfort is king!! Way to go Chad, appreciate ya’all! We called chad and company out fix are a/c and right off the bat chad and co. Was very disrespectful then he goes on to tell me that we need to replace the whole hvac system and THATS WERE I DRAW THE LINE!!! Then they try to send me a invoice for $300 just for the estimate absolutely unacceptable
