Pretty satisfied with the work that was done. Hard working team that was lead by foreman Mike. Quality of the roof installation looks good and should provide security and good looks for quite a few years. Foreman Mike was very good at keeping me appraised of what they were doing and readily addressed any of my concerns. The team got there early and was able to finish a 50+ square home in a day. Only issue I have is some of the finish work around facia trim is a bit rough however I think it can be touched up. I would recommend URP to friends and family.

My foreman was Mike for my house roof and shed roof replacement. He kept me informed about everything. My house had a lot of issues . He and the crew had to replace every board on my roof as the salesman Sam had warned me. Board thickness had changed since this roof was replaced last time. Every board was soft anyway and needed replacing. My shed turned out to be a huge project too. It’s pretty big and everything was rotted. They spent a long Saturday here making it right. I appreciate Mikes diligence and fixing everything that was wrong. I’m very happy with the work they’ve done. Thanks Mike and Utica Roof for everything.

The team was professional, courteous, informative and responded to any questions I had throughout the entire project. Site foreman kept me informed throughout the day explaining issues they encountered and was prompt with resolutions. Project manager stopped by to check in and worked with me on some additional costs that I was made aware of before I signed. Roof looks great and my wife and I are extremely happy we listened to the referral we were given. Great team and highly recommend!
