This company is a joke!! They will keep your deposit and say they mailed to you but you will never receive. Then when you call them and say you haven't received it yet they make excuses and get very Rude with you. I can see now why this company only has 1.1 rating. They need to be shut down as there water is nasty and smells and they lie to their customers!!

Avoid living under this water company at all costs. practically monthly boil water notices usually expanding to over a week at a time. I'm not joking.. This has been going on for years. If you have a animals or want ice, you absolutely need to have bottled water on hand at ALL TIMES. Half the time when you have no water pressure they don't warn you at all. Even if you pay your invoices with their auto pay system they will still send notices that your payments are delinquent. When you call them it may take 30+ calls to finally reach someone at which point they say, ohhh... yeah you paid please ignore the warning that you'll be shutoff in 2 days. Do some research on the owner and ask yourself why he's changed the name of the company multiple times.. it's.. interesting. Look at the reviews

This is the worst utility company I've ever been a part of I've lived in this area for almost 2 years it's under a constant boil water notice customer service is non-existent try calling them nobody will ever answer the phone it's family run so that should tell you a lot that this family sucks I'm moving out of this area to get away from the water company

Absolutely the worst utilities company around. Just got account for my water yesterday, they tell me it will be on yesterday... well low and behold still not on the nex tut day, try to call no answer and even for hung up on. So finally somebody calls me and tells me the reason the water is not on yet is because I OWE A BALANCE...... I haven't even moved in yet. . Try to tell me because the previous people owed money........ Your company is a joke and it is time for all of the customers need to come together to force this waste of a company to improve their services or ELSE..... ALL STOP PAYING AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS. THEY ARE CROOKS ........ BUNCH OF C&^%T'S.....

Had a boil water notice with no eta of the water being "safe" again. I've lived in this neighborhood for 6 months and this is the worst water quality. It smells like pool water when I take a shower. My dog dosen't even want to drink it
