They changed our regulator per PECO’s request. Since they replaced it, PECO had to come out twice to fix leaks on their work. Additionally, they also caused leaks inside the wall. Our whole house was filled with gas for weeks. PECO shut off our gas till it was fixed when the outside low temp was 31° and the high was 49°. We needed to scramble to get someone to fix it so we can have heat. It cost us thousand which we needed to front and we are still in the claims process with PECO. Its absolutely ridiculous that they are so incompetent when this is their job.

ULS performed my New gas meter exchange, the technician was on time and extremely friendly. He performed the exchange then came in to relight the pilots and did a check to ensure all of my Gas appliances were working before leaving, while he was here he also detected a small leak and repaired the issue immediately. Great service and great customer care.

Drivers of this company are a true HAZARD on the road. witnessed a utiltily truck jam up left lane of turnpike. swerving between left lane and middle, very UNSAFE at high speed. vehicle behind thought truck was finally coming to its senses and proceeded into middle lane, then swerved back causing passing vehicle to ride shoulder. do not know how vehicle did not crash into median barrier. Utility Line services should be ashamed of this behavior. couldn't get any info on truck. driver was crazy.

Work done January 2023. Appreciate the communication with the natural gas crew working on our street and neighborhood. They very helpful in explaining the work that needed to get done and what impacts we could expect. They know that the work they do causes interruption to the neighborhoods and traffic but they leave the area just as they found it when it was all done. Lower Merion appreciates ULS!
