Made an appointment. I called to verify still coming an hr past time and was told there is no appt on my account. I called and made it a week before. I stayed home I waited. What really irks me is the threatening I fo they leave at your house. No, sorry the city will not turn off my water. Last I heard from your company was 2 years ago and then you show up all rude and threatening. Great way to lose business. I'm not rescheduling due to your company mishandling and appoint that was set .

Installer missed the initial appt by almost an hour (window was 11am-1pm, he showed up at 1:55pm), so it had to be rescheduled because I had another appt to get to. The second appt, he showed up 2 minutes before the appt window ended (window was 10am-12pm, he arrived at 11:58am). I made it clear to the person i scheduled with that I needed a courtesy call in order to secure my dogs, as I’m 38 weeks pregnant and cannot easily wrangle them once they know someone is at the door. I never received that call.

Came into home, and caused damage to property. I called them, and it took 2 weeks for them to get me a claim form, and then they denied my claim saying I took too long to report the leak. They deliberately delayed getting me the claim form so that they can deny it. Terrible business practice.
