I would give this place 0 stars if I could. God awful water company. Why are prices going up when we are constantly under a boil water notice and the company doesn't feel the need to inform us of it 90% of the time? I can't even count how many times we've had low or no water pressure.

The water smells wierd at times, it always feels slimy and is discolored. The shower heads and hoses clog up with debris from this nasty water. I've lived in GPE for 3 years and this is the worse my skin and hair had been in my entire life. I called utility services and they told me it's normal. No tf its not!

I have called and asked the service desk 3 separate times asking for copies of my bill payments and dates, and they still haven’t . Twice I have called because as soon as I would make a payment I would receive a bill a few days later saying I had a due amount and past due amount . The most recent time I called and asked how much do I owe to make my bill current up to date , no money owed past due and current. She told me some amount and I paid. Literally 4 days later I received a bill saying I had a past due amount and present due amount. I then called again because I was fed up and wanted a copy of my bills , still haven’t received anything . If there was any other water provider in my area this company would be out of business..

I have lived in my house for 7 years now and could not begin to tell you how many "boil water notices" and contamination flyers I've seen. Currently, our water is reeking of a sulfur smell for well over a week now. This is not the first time this has happened either. To make matters worse, I noticed on my bill (this was the first couple of years I lived there) that we were paying a $6-$8 KATRINA fee! Why was I required to pay a KATRINA fee 5 years AFTER the storm hit??? I can not wait to move back inside the city just to get clean, decent water.

I normally have no issues with this place( Billing). Due to the holidays and my family and I being out of town, I paid our bill online BY THE DUE DATE. I waited for the payment to come out of my account and it never came out so i called today and was informed by the young lady, that they have been having complaints from clients regarding the online billing system. I was informed I could pay the bill online for a $2 fee( No Thanks) and Ithe "supervisor" stated I would still be responsible for paying the $8 LATE FEE..... Are you kidding me!!! This company is a JOKE-What kind of customer service is this. Every month I go in and pay my bill on time. They know their billing system is screwed up- so instead of informing clients, or waiving the $8 fee, they just sit back and take advantage.
