I have been working with Vacant Interiors since 2016 and I recommend them to everyone I know. No job is too big or too small for them. Very rarely are they ever beaten on price, but their level of customer service makes up for any discrepancy. Bayar and his crews are some of my most favorite people to work with and I appreciate all they do to stay on schedule. I worked with Vacant Interiors around the Christmas holidays to get a quote on a smallish bathroom remodel for a 1 BR condo. Of the 6 or so companies I contacted, they had the best communication. I both spoke with one of their estimators on the phone, then later met him at the property. We spoke at length about the remodel I had planned and he answered a ton of questions. I never felt like I was being upsold. The estimator even said he didn't think the bathroom was is that bad of a condition and suggested it might be repairable instead I received a quote/estimate a few days later and it was both comprehensive and priced competitively (2nd lowest of the quotes I received). My wife and I recently moved to the Denver area and wanted our home painted before move-in. Our realtor recommended Vacant Interiors, and the entire process was great -- they were able to give us a ballpark estimate based on the online listing, send someone out to give us an actual estimate, and get us scheduled all with a few weeks of notice and during a pandemic. Their staff was professional, and did an excellent job on walls, ceilings, and trim throughout the house. Very impressed, and highly recommended!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We had Vacant Interiors come by to quote to finish our half basement -- only framing, drywall, paint and flooring. $50,000!!!!!!! This did not include electrical, mechanical or plumbing. This is insulting. We would NEVER go with a company that would price gouge like this. Who else are they taking advantage of? Elderly people that don't know any better? Luckily, my husband is in construction so we know better than to spend over double what everyone else has quoted us. Extremely disappointing and shameful.
