It's been about a month since we got our new carpet. 10-stars! We started visiting Vail Floors and discussing options over a year ago. Will and his team were patient and very helpful. Laynes Flooring installed ~6 rooms in 1 day. With a single-story, open floor plan, we decided on carpet to address the sound reverberation issues in the house. The carpet feels amazing on our feet - plush and soft. We had to upgrade our vacuum! Will's customer service is impeccable! Honest, fair, and high integrity. Recently needed about 800 sq ft of tile, we live in Del Lago. Will, the owner, gave us a very reasonable price and spoke very highly about his tile installer, Diego Mejia. We price shopped at Floor & Decor but were put off by the fact that they contract out the install, so you don't know anything about who you're getting. That was the decision-maker for us. Diego Mejia is a true pro. He brought his dad and a trusted worker the first week, and finished the job himself the second. We are so happy with his work and commitment. Highly recommend.

Great shop! Will is a super nice guy who helped us pick out the perfect product and trim/threshold pieces. His installer, Jose and his crew at Laynes Flooring, did an amazing job installing it. I'm a contractor and called looking for a product. Unfortunately it is a hard one to find and they did not carry it but they went out of their way to help me find someone who did. As a fellow small business owner, it goes a long way to see people operate with integrity and have great customer service.
