I cannot recommend Val-Air enough! From the moment I called, Christian the owner, and his team was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. They arrived on time, explained every step of the process in clear, easy-to-understand language, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. If you're looking for reliable, honest, and expert HVAC service, Val-Air is hands down the best in the Rio Grande Valley, TX area. They truly go above and beyond. I'll never call anyone else!

First visit by Val-Air for us. They tried to schedule maintenance about 2 weeks ago, but declined, as flu was on the uptick, and to keep them safe! Just had maintenance session. We were kept in loop on when to expect them, and who would do service. All was done quickly and we were kept informed of all findings. We've had the "free HVAC" checkup from others! They wanted to do $4k maintenance. I told that company to leave. We signed with Val-Air and glad we did! Thanks.
