Ian was absolutely great! He was extremely knowledgeable and had a very friendly down to earth personality. He was able to quickly identify and fix the problem I had with a hanging light fixture in our living room.He listened to all of my concerns and didn't hesitate to answer all of the questions I came up with. I will definitely use him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.

Ian Vala has now done work for me five times as of today. I had a burst water pipe in the attic that caused the lights and outlets in the same area below to no longer work. He was very thorough as usual, and checked every single possibility. He was able to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem and had it repaired in no time at all. He also corrected a couple of other issues he found and for no extra charge. Ian is extremely dependable, reliable, and highly skilled, not to mention very intelligent. I admire his work ethic and knowledge. He is very generous with his time and I always enjoy chatting with him. I trust him implicitly and he will always be the electrician I call for any future electrical issues. I highly recommend Ian!

I requested three bids for some small miscellaneous electrical work at our house. Two of the electricians that responded provided a fair free estimate. However, Ian Vala with Vala Electrical was incredibly responsive and professional. I cannot say enough positive things in this review about his service, pricing and professionalism in completing the job. He provided an excellent job for a fair price. Highly recommended and will definitely use Vala Electrical on any future projects. Had Vala Electric come out for a quick look at a GFCI problem. Ian was early, completed the job in 10 minutes and then took a look at my home generator which was having a battery problem. Spent approximately 30 min at my house.
