Valairco is a great company! They have an amazing team. Been using them since 2021 after the flood. Had the pleasure of meeting Franklin today and he was very informative, professional, on point and did an excellent job. Gave great recommendations and found a way to get the answers to all my questions. He called another young technician Sergio who was also very great to speak to on the phone who was a big help and I am looking forward to seeing him too to service our water heater. Marilyn is always punctual with our maintenances and always sends a great service man. I’m glad and highly recommend Valairco!

Excellent work from our technician Johnny. He was on time & very extremely detailed in his work. Answered all of my questions with accuracy. What an impressive and well carried young man! He has a bright future ahead of him and I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He gave great pointers & I will ask for him in the spring to maintain our AC system. My wife spoke highly about Marilyn the receptionist who does not fail on making sure our appointments are scheduled. Their pricing is very fair and I appreciate the work they’ve done in my home. We have used Valairco for 8 years. They are wonderful! Marilyn is a pleasure to deal with when setting up appointments, and they have always been very flexible. Franklin, the tech, just serviced our furnaces. He explained everything he did, provided additional service recommendations and explained why, and he did it all with a smile. All of their techs are extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend Valairco!

Wow I just got the best ever service from Valairco. I had a 22 year old furnace replaced by the amazing team of Thomas and Rich. What workmanship. They both did a really incredible job from start to finish and installed my new furnace on one of the coldest days of the year. And a big shout out to John as well for coming yesterday and getting the old one up and running so I had heat and then for arranging to get me a new furnace installation within a 24 hour period. Also I would like to Mention another one of their techs a guy Nick who came a few weeks ago and got it going as well for me. Valairco is Incredibly professional, everyone I dealt with from the phone support folks right down to the repair guys and the installation techs. The price was great too. I do not think I overpaid at all
