Valentine Commons Parking Deck

I live in VC, forgot to display my pass one time, and after 6 days of my car being there without the pass, it got towed. I was given no notice and not altered that it had been towed. Searched the entire parking deck from top to bottom and the surrounding area. Had to call the police to locate my car and pay $300 to get it back. They damaged the front bumper and it hangs off on the driver side. I was never compensated. Despite my asking, I was never given a reason for why VC did not alert me. Just pay the extra money to live in Stanhope or The Standard. It’s worth it.

Google suggested I review this, so... It's as visually stunning as any parking garage you've ever been in. The concrete floors and painted lines were an homage to the humble parking lot, only INSIDE. I parked the heck out of my vehicle there. I paid at the state of the art pay machine...it had fricken LASERS! The arm lifted as if by magic, and I zoomed off to my next destination with little thought to the majesty I left behind. Seriously, who's searching reviews on parking garages?

car was towed even being not the only car there without a parking pass. They just decided to tow only my car.
