Previous review was correct - This fella was rude, indeed! I called to see if he would be willing to drop his wood chips at my place in Daingerfield where he is based, something that would probably be beneficial for him to not have to haul it off to another city. It seems to be win for everybody. HE HUNG UP ON ME! I had planned to get 3 massive oak trees pruned next year and I for sure will not be using Valerios.
After the storm had a 100 foot red oak that split. Half fell to ground, but other half was now leaning dangerously toward house. Called Fabian, he showed up 90 minutes later. He climbed and safely limbed and dropped tree. Thank for your quick response. He is very kind and professional, highly recommended him for tree cutting.
