We left at 7:30 AM in the morning to spend the day with my wife's mom and when we returned at 6:00 PM it was like the roofers were never there with the exception of the dumpster in our driveway. Very professional and courteous group of guys completing the work. Our neighbors were impressed as well. Was contacted numerous times to keep me posted as to delivery day and install day by the project manager. They also had stopped by the house several times to check on the delivery of the materials needed to complete our job

Valley three builders were incredible. Professional and hard working and fast but still do incredible impeccable work. I had several estimates from other companies and valley three was very reasonable and affordable and honest. This has been a huge blessing. The roof is gorgeous! 😊

I usually don't write reviews but I felt that this company was so great to work with that I needed to share my experience. We heard about Valley 3 Builders through a friend of ours when my husband and I were looking around for a reliable roofing company. She told us they were an amazing group to work with. We decided to give them a try. It was our first time getting a roof installed, so we had plenty of questions and concerns. Shawn, answered all of our questions honestly and was very helpful throughout the whole process. When it was time for the installation, the group that came were amazing. They arrived promptly, very efficient in their clean up, and performed quality work. I would highly recommended this company to anyone.

Highly recommend them. Shawn and AJ were extremely helpful and informative throughout the process. My whole roof was stripped and the new roof installed in just one day! The installation crew did a perfect job and a complete cleanup! I definitely recommend checking them out!

This will be a two part review. On March 26, 2021 our roof was damaged by a storm. Shingles were lost and a gutter was torn from the house. I contacted my insurance and was advised to find a contractor to repair the damage. I was referred to Valley 3 Builders. After speaking with Shawn P he came the Saturday of Easter weekend and performed a full inspection. The insurance also sent an inspector. Both inspections arrived at the adjuster’s desk, but the insurrections didn’t agree. The insurance inspection only wanted to replace 37 shingles, while V3B’s inspection suggested a roof replacement. Over the course of the next three months, Shawn continued to prove through various testing on the existing shingles that replacement would not remedy the problem, but rather cause more damage.
