BIG FRAUD COMPANY - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANDY , PAUL AND DILRAJ FROM Valley Custom Closets. I normally don’t leave reviews, but after reading the other recent reviews here, I realized my experience was almost identical — and people deserve to know. I paid a 30% deposit of $14,100 to Valley Custom Closets Paul and Diljeet according to them owners of this company for a full cabinetry project. We began this project in August 2025. After that, absolutely nothing meaningful happened. Here is what we experienced: •    Poor-quality drawings with multiple rounds of revisions, even though the project involved modifying existing cabinets. We paid an additional $400 for renderings, but were later told to ignore the renderings because their software had “limitations.” •    Multiple measurement erro

I decided to hire Valley Custom Closets after the recommendation from a friend for whom they had done a smaller project. I hired them sometime mid of December 2024 during which there was only one review (from Kim Deol) on Google for this company, which was very poor. I still went ahead and got into a contract (Due to friend’s recommendation) with them for a $10,000 project. They asked me to Zelle them $5000 as a deposit. Somehow better judgment prevailed, and I asked for an invoice and paid the $5000 with a credit card. My experience with them was very poor in terms of communication and the company was unprofessional in a way that they kept on delaying and postponing my project for 3 months. First excuse was a nail in the truck tire for which they kept updating me (on my constant request),

Total SCAM!!!! The Singhs requested my deposit after meeting for measurements and approving details by Zelle. I wasn’t comfortable send $5000 through Zelle so I requested a credit card link to pay. They sent one. I paid. Then they called and said it wasn’t a good link to sent it again to another link and they would refund the first one. So I did. 10 days later, still hadn’t received the refund AND they TEXT me to say their installer called out sick so he couldn’t install that day. Next day, same thing. Saw another review from another customer they did this to and sent a screenshot to Paul and asked him to call me. Still, 3 weeks later, no phone call, no refund, no cabinets. Thankfully my credit card company is going after my $$ and I have emails/text messages and voicemails corroborating m

My cousin referred me to Valley Custom Closets in March. I paid 50% of the contract amount ($7000k via Zelle to Paul Purewal in April to start the work in May. After periodic reminders started Dilraj started the work and around 25% work (partly) completed. Trying to reach to out Paul Purewal, Dilraj Singh for the last 3 weeks and no response. I filed a CSLB complaint today. I expect the work to be completed so that complaint can be withdrawn.
