I highly recommend Valley Drilling. My experience was fantastic, dealing with Pete in the sign on and site clearing stage was very black or white. Old school man who is firm and makes sure things are done right. Well drillers, Davey and Dalton were fabulous and so patient answering all my questions and just such good guys! Then Louie arrived to grout the pipe, another old school guy, who was joyous and so helpful. They left the site clean and tidy and with a shiny new well. Great job guys!

We have had two burst pipes in our home during the current cold spell. The amount of water loss was great, and our well was drawn down to a sediment zone, resulting in our filter being overwhelmed and our water unusable. Charlie took my call and advised us what to do; the water cleared after a few days as he suggested. Thanks for the timely help!

Miserable to deal with and unreliable. I scheduled Valley Drilling a week in advance to come by my property to locate my well. They did not show or call to notify me they were not coming. They claimed they were very busy with emergencies. I was understanding and gave some slack and and scheduled for the following week. Same thing again. No show, no call. Wasted 2 weeks of my time. Trying to operate a business and working with Valley Drilling for your well needs is incompatible. If you are looking for reliability, you are better off finding another company.

Thank you Christ !!! In time of emergency's needs, your professionalism meant a great importance to us. And your tone was a great comforting of caring, after contacting 9 companies (5 no responses! Piedmont & 1 more don't service us). Answered my call and returned the call as he said. Pointed out while we wait, contacting pool water company to have water delivery in this case of emergency - Dry Well. Direct us to Northern VA Drilling (Mr. Neil never contact us. Receptionist was professional pleasant!). No comment for further service because Valley Drilling doesn't come out to our address.

Terrible company, came to do my well pump and ended up not fixing it, they cussed my wife, then came and stole everything while I was at work.... WOSRT COMPANY EVER!! At the beginning they make it seem like they want to help but in the end they will also quadruple their estimate they gave once they "think" they fix everything! Tbey came and put all used stuff in and charged me for new stuff as well.. I've had multiple companies come and get pics of their stuff as well.. They cost me 20k and in the end they only said I gave them $1000 which is also a lie I gave 2000 as a down payment
