From the beginning, Jared was transparent about every step of the process to upgrade our service from 200 to 400 amps. He ensured that every time he or someone from his team was scheduled to come out, we had several days' notice via text, email, and phone call so we were always prepared. He also acted as the liaison between SVEC and the Shenandoah County inspectors, ensuring everything was scheduled and coordinated properly. First, I would like to say that I don't write reviews. This is the first. But my experience with Valley Electric, New Market Va, was very positive, and I wanted to share. I am updating an old farm house built in 1897, and as you might guess, the wiring is insufficient and below standard. Valley Electric did a great job and even located a live, uncapped wire in the attic, which wasn't on the to do list. The team is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and neat. The owner, Jared Conion, is attentive to all details of the work, large and small. I highly recommend this company.
