The locksmith came to our place and made replacement emergency keys for our smart lock (the previous owner lost all emergency keys). Fast and friendly service. Very satisfied! BTW, they are listed on Schlage’s “locksmith locator”. So truly trustworthy.

No customer service. I called prior to arriving to confirm they offer key copying services for security doors and informed them I would be arriving in 15 minutes. I entered the storefront and the door chimed loudly when I entered, so they heard me coming. There was no one at the counter, so I rang the bell for service. Then I waited. And waited. I rang the bell again. I took a loud phone call. I opened and closed the door again. I could hear employees walking around and answering phones. But no one came to the counter to greet me. I waited almost 10 minutes before I departed. Absolutely bizarre and very uncomfortable situation. They do not value their customers or their time.

Highly recommend. Steve is great at scheduling the appointments and ask for DAVID to come out and do the work. David is AMAZING and highly professional, nice, and trustworthy!

Friendly staff on the phone and when i visited the shop. I recommend calling ahead and telling them what type of key you need made specifically to make sure they have one in stock before you drive out. They had to look through a huge book of keys to find the one for my motorcycle, but they found it! Very cost effective, I paid 15 bucks for 3 keys, your individual keys may be different however. Hopefully I don't lose anymore keys, but if I do I'll be happy to give them my business again!! 5 stars.

A great small business that has been around forever. Service is always friendly and quick. They have a good selection of older used safes which are in great shape. They can also make you pretty much any key. Best selection of various parts for older and out of stock locks.
