Terrible service, girls at the office are rude, not helpful at all. I went in for information trying to get pricing on gutter materials and was told they dont carry any gutter profiles. I mean no interest in helping or trying to sell here. If you are looking to buy materials and get information go anywhere but here. This place has the worse customer service in the valley.

I don't recommend this place because of material issues. They don't want to be responsible the ladies in the office all the time say that all customers are responsible for material problems. Really bad service go and buy in custom built or ABC supply

Are they a more expensive on some items? Yes.. BUT you’re paying for a custom product.. They usually deal with a custom order which you request that is almost always different from standard sizes etc.. Which in turn often use more material that cause waste from a standard sized sheet of material, that they use to fabricate your item.. They also use superior products and Materials to fabricate… I’ve never had a problem with them in 15 years.. If I had any kind of complaint, it would be “their turn around time”, It could be faster… BUT again, I understand high volume production.. When you’re good, you’re in demand…As well as supply chain issues on materials in general… Which you can thank your GOV for those delays… Rate them a 5 - 100%

They will rip you off. They lie and provide different pricing for every person. Got charged 25 buck a lbs for copper nails when their competitors sell for $10. Make sure to check and compare pricing with them. I am shocked by this. I don’t recommend them at all!!!!!
