Beware… we were charged an extra $200 for being new costumers! We had to have Valley Heating & Cooling come over on a Saturday morning because we were notified by tenants that the heat wasn’t kicking on, and we weren’t in the area to go check it out. Valley H&C came out and the unit was running when they arrived so they cleaned the air intake, condensate trap and drain. Quick, easy visit and we were billed $527! We were charged $145 diagnostic charge, $182 for cleaning the trap and drain, and $200 for being new costumers!

Valley Heating & Cooling has provided excellent service over the years. Prompt service, even on weekends. They recently installed a new gas furnace for our home. Zack, Don, and Clarence—a very competent crew. Knowledgeable and clear explanations about our heating and cooling systems. I highly recommend.

The owner, Tom was driving irradically today as he pulled out of the driveway of the Tractor Supply place near Dunkins on Voluntown Rd, Pawcatuck in the company transit van and cut across both lanes into my right lane nearly totalling my new Honda Accord and putting my vehicle up against the snow on the roadside!!! Then this owner somehow gets my cellphone number from the answering service for the company and calls me harassing me!! Due to the EAGER concern of the Stonington police department in this matter, I agreed to have the Sargent file the Formal Police Report on this guy which includes photos of the van and plate number!! Sargent called and spoke to this owner who showed his Oscar performance of "clueless" on the phone with the Sargent, who wasn't impressed by it. Thankfully the

Valley Heating has serviced my heating and cooling needs since I moved in 12 years ago. In all those years I have received tremendous service and have never had any complaints. Two days ago they installed a new furnace and a new hot water heater. It was an extremely professional job. It took only 4 hours including clean-up. The cost was reasonable and everyone in the group was highly professional. I highly recommend Valley for your heating and cooling needs and it pays to use highly competent local providers instead of large national companies.
