I awoke to a no heat situation with my furnace. I called Valley, & Elaine responded within an hour. She said that they could get to me today. She texted later that Art was on the way. Art came in, diagnosed the problem, & serviced the furnace. He had excellent knowledge of the unit & explained everything. He emailed me a summary of his work. Very clean & professional!

Like many in the area I had a pipe freeze then burst last night. I called Valley early this morning. Elaine was very helpful; I had no water so after she rearranged the calendar a little, Art arrived just after 10:00. I'm very pleased with the service and work performed. While here Art noticed my furnace was 'whining', thus we've set up an appointment to take care of it. I should also note their prices are reasonable. Many thanks to Elaine and Art. I will be using them moving forward for both my plumbing & heating needs!

I had a plumbing emergency Friday, and even with Valley Plumbings hectic schedule, Elaine made sure she got someone over to help me. Chris did an amazing job. On 1/26 I found my mother’s house at 32 degrees! The boiler stopped working and there was no heat. I called several plumbers who said they couldn’t get to the house until the possibility following day. I knew if something wasn’t done to stop the freeze up more damage would be done. I called Valley Plumbing and they said they would have somebody there as soon as they got done with the current job. Two guys showed up and worked until 10 at night. They told me the freeze was severe and needed to come back tomorrow. They drained the system to prevent further damage. Good as their word, they showed up on time and worked to get the system running. They informed me by phone and text every step of the way. The call I made to Valley Plumbing the week before Christmas was the best call I have made to a company I didn't know anything about. Elaine answered my call first thing in the morning after my furnace stopped working at 3am. She was a pleasure to talk to and even though they were really busy she moved things around on the schedule to get out to us ASAP. Rich the owner showed up to diagnose the furnace and had his son drive over 45 minutes away to get a part, came back to the house at 4pm and unfortunately it wasn't what we all thought it was and we truly needed a new furnace. The furnace was 30 years old, so we weren't surprised!! Rich got the furnace and was back with his sons a day later to install it. Showed at 8am and worked through 6pm that evening non stop.
