Valley Plumbing & Heating

I will never be contacting or recommending Valley for any reason moving forward. They are incredibly unprofessional and have zero accountability. Our furnace is relatively new, installed less than two years ago with a large Valley sticker directly on it. I’ve only lived in this home a year, and used the furnace for one season. This year, the furnace is not functioning. It is below freezing at night, and my home is older (no insulation). We decided to call Valley, as their branding and contact information is permanently affixed to our furnace, and were told by them that they are “No longer accepting new clients” AND that they have “No record” of installation or maintenance at our address…. Excuse me? Called again, and was told the exact same thing! That’s perfectly fine with us, Valley,

0 stars if I could. We had a warrantied tank through Valley which they refused to replace without paying their astronomical installation fee of over $600 for two guys at over 3 hours. Even the manufacturer was upset and confused they wouldn’t provide the tank to us. Which they get a rebate for. Which was never mentioned was necessary on their end upon them originally saying it would be replaced. The tank itself is 389$ at lowe’s alone. We went with MW mechanical who not only used my warranty but installed my tank for half of the cost even though we didn’t need installation, we had no issues paying considering it took them an hour to install and they were knowledgeable, and explained WHY my tank went after 4 years due to water chemistry or pressure resulting in the need of a culligan system

**BUYER BEWARE!!!!!** We had used Valley for years and will no longer be using them for anything. Dan sold us a bad unit years ago. The thing had been acting up so we called them out. He sends out his tech Mike. Mike proceeded to tell us how bad this unit is, that it's junk, etc. Not realizing that VALLEY was the one that sold it to us. So we pay Mike $200 to "fix" our unit. He sprays it with the hose. Takes half the lid off. Tests the pressure. Tells us it's fixed. We get home later that evening to the entire unit frozen than worse before. So we call them again... We had to wait two days for a call back. They didn't call back until I called for a 3rd time. Mind you it was 95 degrees in my house in the meantime. They send Mike out again, who was over an hour late for our appointment, to

We needed a new furnace (rather immediately) and Valley Plumbing was able to come out and install within a few days. Price was competitive and the technicians were professional and friendly. We also needed them to come back due to an issue unrelated issue to their installation, and they were able to come back within 24 hours. I am very happy with the Valley Plumbing and Heating team.

Recently I had Valley Plumbing and Heating install a new air conditioner. Evan and Luke did a great job, they were on time, explained everything throughly and my older unit outside was smaller so they had to put a new base in for it to sit on. My landscaping looked excellent when they were done. I was pleased with the price as well. I will definitely be a repeat customer. We'll Done!
