I requested service to fix a broken shower wand and an issue with my water heater. Right from the start, the plumber showed up without the proper tools, eventhough a day before i sent them pictures of the broken adaptor. It took them five hours to fix a small broken pipe adapter that cost $20, and I was charged $250 for that alone. Afterward, there was still a problem with the water temperature. They couldn’t figure out where the issue was coming from, so they opened the shower cartridge—even though that wasn’t the source—and charged me another $300 just for checking that section. They then tried to schedule yet another service visit, quoting $700 just to diagnose the issue, plus an additional $700 to fix it once found. I hired a team to renovate my bathroom including plumbing. Unfortunately their plumbing was more of handyman type work. I called up Valley Plumbing and spoke to Eddie who urgently set up an appointment to have his techs come and assess. Jamie and Daniel were the plumbers assigned and were professional and informative in the issue at hand. The ammount of piping that needed to be installed was more than I had anticipated but they explained why it needed to be done. I agreed to the work, and next day, Jamie and Daniel were on the job. What was even better is that they finished the job the same day! I received excellent service from Jamie from Valley Plumbing. He repaired my leaky water filter under the kitchen sink and I am very pleased with the outcome and the very reasonable charge for his services. Jamie was very polite and was eager to answer any questions I had. I will definitely use Valley Plumbing in the future if needed.

Jamie is very professional! He really knows what he is doing. David was a great support and helper. We couldn’t figure out where was a leaky pipe, but he searched around and find out. Have used Valley Plumbing for several jobs at my rental property in North Hollywood. They are prompt, reliable and fairly priced. No job is too small which is nice as some plumbers won't respond to requests for minor repairs. I also like that it's a family owned and operated business as I've noticed a lot of big companies just subcontract work out.
