Valley Termite & Pest Control

My home was treated 20 years ago. For a modest charge they come every year and inspect. If any new activity is found they retreat for free (I have had one small retreat in 20 years). The tech is awesome and we really enjoy how friendly and outgoing she is! Definitely recommend!!!!

Pretty rough experience, they would not come at the time they were scheduled for. They were also incredibly rude over the phone. Their customer service skills need to be improved. Overall terrible experience.

We hired them to do an inspection before closing on a house. Jamie was prompt, professional, and thorough. She detected termite damage that we were then able to resolve before moving into the home. She's also very nice! I highly recommend.

Dennis arrived on time, was friendly and respectful. He explained what he was going to do to deal with the in ground yellow jacket nest I had in my front yard and then he did what he said he would do. Afterwards he explained again and what I would see next and when to call back. The nest looks completely inactive after 48 hours. Good work Dennis.
