Valleywide Fence, Deck & Patio Covers

I was extremely impressed and satisfied with Redmond Valleywide Fencing, though were a couple issues getting my new fence installed. First the issues. I was told at their northern location, that they would tell the agent I was dealing with, Greg Pettey, that I made down payment and set up the install. I waited a week until called Greg and he was told he was never told and had to rush to make an appointment to setup the installation. I was told they would be coming the first week of June and they would call me. As the deadline came closer, I heard nothing and made an appointment for another task I needed to handle. Hunter & Troy came for repairs. They were great! We had a couple of warranty issues and initially were thinking to only be able to repair the vinyl railing and fix louvres tomorrow. But they went the extra mile and were able to get all fixed in one visit. They were courteous and respectful.

We had ValleyWide install a Pergola over our new patio in our backyard. The installation went smoothly and the crew were friendly and professional. They worked with us to clearly understand our preferences for the location and heights and all for the Pergola. The Pergola is exactly what we wanted and well constructed. There was one minor issue that they had with the post wraps not included with the other materials for the construction. Josh did an exceptional extra effort making an extra trip to get all of the post wraps and making sure they were properly cut and installed. We definitely recommend ValleyWide.

They put my fence in a little less than a year ago, and it looks amazing. They did a great job, communicated well, cleaned up, and did everything the way I asked. Great experience. They just came out for a repair on my gate. They got out here quickly, fixed it right away, and were super nice about it. Not a single thing I can think of that they could have done better.

We have loved working with the Best Vinyl company for our fence needs! In the North Ogden area the ground is extremely rocky but the install team did a great job with the groundwork. By far some of the hardest working early 20’s guys I’ve seen! The team was professional and polite and more than accommodating to my many questions. We opted for the wind rated fence due to our homes location and I’m not disappointed at all! The team only took a few days to dig and set all the posts and one day to install the panels and clean up. They were extremely efficient! I would 100% recommend this team again!
