Scheduled a time to meet with Mark and he helped guide me in the right direction of fixing my floor - was not pushy or shameful about the conditions my floors were in.. that showed me that him and his crews have ridden this horse before! In an era where it is difficult to find skilled workers to respond to phone calls for help I found it refreshing to be able to easily schedule an appointment to have measurements done for carpeting stairs in my home. An appointment was made to fit my schedule & the technician arrived early after calling to make sure that worked for me. I received an email with the quote the same day (which was a bit less than I was hoping for as a google search put the estimate $500 higher than what I paid) and was able to schedule that to be installed in accordance with my schedule once again. They removed my old carpet and replaced it with the new. All of the gentleman that came to my home were friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

We recently chose Vallow to install LVP in our home. Everything about the process was simple, friendly and honest. We were welcomed by knowledgeable people who were helpful in leading us to the type and price of floor we wanted. The bid was complete and quick, as was the installation. Chris and David were some of the best installers we’ve ever worked with. Communication was outstanding. We kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, but it never did. They showed up the day of the install with a positive attitude, efficiently did the flooring, cleaned up after their work was done and finished the work with an exceptional attention to detail ~ A+++.
