Jeff and his crew did an amazing job on our heating system upgrade. After having several quotes Jeff we went with Valor. Right away we were so thankful for their communication. They're extremely knowledgeable and we're attuned to our inquiries and understood our needs and preferences. Jeff helped us find the best path forward for us. So, I say 10 out of 10. We would not hesitate to re-hire this awesome team of professionals. Jeff and Ethan were great to work with: they were timely, excellent communicators and collaborators. We installed a system of 3 Senville mini split units throughout our home. When we mentioned to them our future plans to add a patio during a casual conversation, they pivoted their original plan for exterior ductwork to accommodate. This pivot will now prevent us from having to move all the ductwork in the future. Amazing that they thought of this and saved us from that future cost. The whole team was mindful, clean and organized every day of the project- truly making an effort to cause as minimal disruption to us as possible. Ethan and the entire install crew along with the electrician, did an outstanding job on our HVAC project. They completed a full heat pump ducted systems with brand-new ductwork, and everything came out beautifully. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the process clearly, and made sure we were comfortable with every step. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. Highly recommend!

Outstanding services from Ethan and Mason! They were able to find the problems and explain everything in details. Very professional and are easy going where the customer doesn’t feel like they’re just a customer. Fully equipped with tools and materials that made their job much easier even in the tightest and toughest spots they made it look easy. They were insistent on cleaning up after themselves they made sure they didn’t leave nothing behind. Highly recommend professionals

Jeff and Ethan installed a 5 head Mitsubishi mini-split system in my house in Plymouth, Ma. My wife and I could not be happier we chose Valor. The installation was super clean and very well organized. We have had many contractors that have done work on our house and Valor is one of the best contractors we have had do work from us. Ethan's communication was top-notch....every question got answered...usually within 1 hour. The whole process was seamless. Jeff, Ethan and the rest of the crew are also really nice people. We even enjoyed talking with them on things unrelated to the job. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Contractors like them are very hard to find.
