Valrico Pump & Well Service

He put a well on my property . Took $5000. No receipt was given. Told me it’s 230 feet deep . Which came out to be not true . Well will pump water for10 minutes and go completely dry . He was aware of the problem however he scammed to get money out of my wife when I was not there. When I came home from work. I found out this problem. I had to call different pump companies To fix the problem. No one was willing to do that. Many of these companies told me his reputation is not good.

Wonderful service! I had a problem with my well pump, they came out the some day to diagnose it and were also able to fix it the same day so that we would have running water again. They gave me a fair price and did a great job. Good people with quick service! i will always recommend them to anyone i know!

If i could leave 0 stars i would! I had them put in a new pump, new pipe, and a new control box 7 months ago. Everything worked fine at first, one day I was out watering the grass and the water stopped. I called them to see if any warranty was on the items as it hadn't been that long. They came out next day and said the only problem was the wiring from the pump to the control box and i needed to pay them $600 to fix it and put flat wire in and That pumps don't go bad so that would not be the problem. They said they were booked up and couldnt fix it until the next day. Well nobody showed up or called me the next day. Now it was on day 4 with no water and still hadn't heard from them and I have 2 child and can't be without water any longer so my husband pulled the pump and what do you know t

Very knowledgeable. Replaced the pressure switch and pressure gauge myself and ran into an electrical problem, along with a rapid cycling issue, answered my questions without hesitation and got my problem solved quickly. Will recommend RJ to anyone for any issues from here on out. Another big service in the area, rhymes with Barks, tried to dupe me for not knowing what I was doing. Told me I needed a whole new system which ended up being untrue. Thank you Valrico Pump & Well for being honest and helping me resolve my problem quickly.

Took $3,000 deposit to dig a well for me and never started the job. I had to get someone else to do the work and he never refunded the money so I had to hire an attorney to sue him. I have also heard he is notorious for giving low bids to get jobs and adding several thousand dollars onto the cost of the well by the time it is finished. Stay Away!!!
