Karen at the front desk needs to go. Very rude and gives vague information like “we can get out there sometime this week”. I have to take time off from work so a specific date is required.

It's awful. They came to my house to put oil in and said my tank was old. My basement is clean and all my machines are new. In other words, they don't want to sell and keep wanting to replace the machines. 👎👎👎

I have been a customer since Value Oil first went into business. Karen who runs office is very pleasant. She works hard to quickly schedule an appointment if you are having a problem with your heating system. Rich has installed our furnace, air conditioning and a hot water heater. This company is great. They are reasonable, honest and respond quickly to emergencies! Can't say enough good things about this company.
