The crew worked like their lives depended on it, almost without any breaks at all. My only criticism was the fact that the owner of the business and the crew's foreman didn't show up until the job was almost over. There was a broken roof joint that should have been noticed, and repaired, well before the job was "completed." This necessitated a return the next day to correct the clearly visible problem, and of course, additional costs. Had either the owner or foreman come to the house during the day, it would have been seen, corrected, and handled expeditiously that same day, costing me less. They never should have had to return, undo the finished roof, to make the necessary repairs. Ultimately, the roof came out fine and I was pleased.
