This was the first time I used Valute Demolition, but it won't be the last. I needed a home demolished and the half acre lot it sat on cleared. They were able to do both at the same time. The home was neatly broken up and loaded into multiple dumpsters while land clearing equipment brought the terribly overgrown lot back up to community standards. They arrived when they said they would and finished on schedule. Very happy with their work, will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We highly recommend! From start to finish the job was seamless. The quote was fast, firm, and fair. To gain sufficient length to install a permanent wheelchair ramp in our home, we had a 39.5 x 34.5 x 6 inch tiled concrete slab removed from a one-step landing. Of the tile that remains, there's not a single crack. Clean straight cuts. Straight and square side walls. Just, wow! The entire team was friendly and professional. Dmitriy listened carefully to our project goals and made design and utility adjustments for an overall improved result. They protected our furniture and belongings. They removed all the debris and cleaned up afterward. We are very pleased. The entire experience exceeded expectations.

As a general contractor I would highly recommend Valute Demolition. Dimitrii and his team did a full public bathroom demolition as well as multiple concrete cutting and cores for a large renovation project. They were very professional, easy to work with, clean and quick. 10/10
