Super friendly and helpful. They didn't have the part that I needed (out of stock because it was so old) but they had a pretty good idea as to who would and directed me to them. I've since ordered an extra with them as well as every other part of needed for my aged plumbing fixtures!

I cannot even start to explain how thankful I am for the help I got from y'all. I'd been to Home Depot and Lowes twice each and every time sent away with the wrong parts I needed to fix my shower knobs (who knew the stems were so complicated and come in so many sizes?!) Thankfully after being recommended your place, the guys on the counter were able to get me right in no time. Super knowledgeable, super friendly and super helpful, it really went a long way to turning a stressful 48 hours around for me. When I got home with the set that they sold me the job was finished in less than ten minutes. I can't thank y'all enough for your friendliness, knowledge and even laughter. They all went a long way to making a super pleasurable shopping experience during a super rough day.

Went in a pinch with materials I bought at Lowe's. I was educated on what I had and needed and was able to fix my water main line! Fairly priced as well. Will go back for other projects. Thanks guys!

Justin and Karen do a great job here. They patiently worked with my wife and I and quickly found a preferred bathroom fixture that was not on backorder 🙂
