I stopped in after realizing this septic supply store was conveniently located next to an HVAC supplier I was already visiting. I was genuinely excited to find a septic distributor so close by, as I’m in the early stages of planning a new system and actively learning. Unfortunately, my interaction with the counter employee, Zach, was disappointing. When I mentioned I was in the market for a septic system, I was abruptly told he “couldn’t sell it to me,” without any friendly explanation about licensing. I understand those requirements it was the delivery that caught me off guard. I am a small business owner and have dealt with this place since day one. The people are friendly. The price is always right. You don't have to go through different people to try to get different deals like other Supply houses. They are straight up cut and dry and can get you the supplies you need. I highly recommend this place over the other supply houses in the area

Absolutely love this place! The Manager has been working at this location for 20+ years and I have been purchasing from him for as long! They have what you need in a pinch as well as anything your planning on installing later. From time to time they have counter days with food games and prizes. Best plumber supply, the guys at the counter are soo helpful. It was my first time there, they were nice and kind. They explained me all the "process" and tell me what to do. Thank you so much!

Even though they didn't have the part that I needed, Aubrey guided me to finding the part on line. Will definitely go back next time I need parts.
