Had our roof replaced yesterday by Vanbecks Roofing and Siding. When they started to tear off the old shingles, they noticed that the original roof decking (circa 1970) was only a quarter inch thick plywood and in many places was thin and rotting. So they had to scramble to get new OSB and do the entire roof decking new. The crew arrived 100% on time and worked a 14 hour day and completed all of the roof late in the evening, then came back in the morning to do more cleanup and to complete some small final tasks. Lead guy Sid and his roofing crew were a great bunch. Steve Eshuis from Vanbeck’s was beyond excellent to work with. Everyone involved was very polite and they did anything that we asked.
