Vance Appliance Repair

Called on a Friday, they told me they would come on Monday. No one showed up, no one called. I waited 3 days then gave up. I decided to try again so I called and left a message and no one returned my call. This is a small community and word of mouth is important, I will use someone out of town from now on.

Call the company on Wednesday. Was told he would be there the next morning. He never showed up nor called. Bad part is I live on the next street over. I can see his shop from any window on the front of my home. So I'll have to contact another company from the next town over.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful service. Needed a refrigerator part on short notice and they were able to help me find a replacement faster and cheaper than I could have had one shipped to me.

Called to get someone to come out to fix my dryer. The guy scheduled an appointment for the next day. He did not ask for my number or address. He did ask for directions, but never came. I called to check when he was coming, but no answer.

They are fast friendly cheap!! Brought my appliance in was ready the same day only cost me 80.00! I was very pleased.
