I had them come out for losing water pressure. The tech I showed him how water pressure would start ok, but deceased as water ran at my kitchen faucet. Told me it was a well issue. Called a well man , well was holding water pressure just fine. Well guy found leaking fittings at water softener appliances. I had them disconnect and remove they did a temporary fix to get my water pressure up so water upstairs improved tub shower combo worked great. I then called another company another plumbing company to do the permanent fix. I also asked them to check under my house they found all fittings leaking in my crawl space. I have scheduled the repairs to be done. So disappointed in Vance Johnson plumbing for not going a little further to find my issue.

After 45 days of closing on our brand new construction home, the pipes busted in our yard creating 90,000 gallons of water wastage on the street and our yard. Vance plumbing came since our house is brand new and they were the one's who installed all the plumbing in the house and it is covered through the warranty. Two younger looking guys came in and fixed it and I recorded everything and they admit that it is Vance Plumbing and H & H's fault. I have over 30 minutes of videos of everything that went on and was said by the Vance Plumbing workers. They claim it has been leaking slowly since the install but the pipe completely busted overnight. Fast forward 45 days and I get a bill over $1400 for the spillage of the water. Mind you, our water bill for the past 4 years has never been over $30.

The gentleman who came out was very kind and was even nice to my dogs barking at him annoyingly. It's January and cold and with a new baby cold showers are no fun. This company is ridiculous. You would be better off fixing the problem yourself then calling Vance Johnson. For one, their contractors are both unprofessional and completely disrespectful (especially when you have an emergency and call on the weekend.) After the plumber, begrudgingly, showed up to take a look at my issue- he was completely disrespectful to me in my home. Their customer service is at an all time low, and I don't know about you, but if I have to pay for a plumber to come out, I, at the least, expect to be treated with respect and great customer service. A customer should feel like they are not being taken for their money, and Vance Johnson should be one of those companies showcased on the investigative news reports.
